Is there parking? Yes! You are welcome to park in the lot just south of the building, and there is street parking as well
I'd like to use the Self Wash, but have my own shampoo I would prefer to use. Can I bring it along? Yes! We have our basic shampoos available to you, but you are more than welcome to bring your own
Is the Self Wash discounted if I bring my own shampoo? Afraid not, it's a flat rate for the self wash tubs.
I see you have a small tub, can I bring in my cat for self wash? This is a space intended for dogs, however you are welcome to wash your feline friend if you think they can handle the canine presence. Please proceed with caution as many dogs may not be good with cats, even if your cat is fine with dogs.
Do you offer nail trims on cats or other critters? Generally no. We service dogs only; however if you've spoken directly with a bather who is comfortable performing the service on your cat or critter there may be an exception made.
I have a bath scheduled with a bather, how long will the appointment be? Appointment lengths vary by size and coat. Times listed online are estimates, your bather will give you a more exact time to expect at drop off.
I have a bath scheduled with a bather, but have errands to run. Can my dog be held at the shop for a while after their bath? Owners are expected to pick up their dogs within about 30 minutes following their bath. Owners are typically contacted before the bath is completed to provide extra time. There is limited space at the shop and a late pick up fee may be charged if owners fail to retrieve their fresh and clean pup.
My dog jumped right in a puddle after their bath, can I get a refund or a discounted new bath? Afraid not, the work was still done to clean up your pup. We would recommend running in for a Rinse and Run to wash them off.
My dog is dog and/or people reactive, can they still book with a bather? Yes. Depending on the level of reactivity or concern, please bring them by to chat and meet a bather before scheduling, and be sure to note the specific areas of concern on your appointment
Can I pay in cash? Or are you card only? Cash is king! You are more than welcome to pay in cash, and cash is in fact preferred for tipping your bather or self wash support.
What about Apple/Google/digital payment methods? Sure can! Our register can accept digital payment methods right along with cards
I heard the shop is playing local musicians and artists, can my band be added to the playlist? We currently only have Bandcamp, so your music must be available through that site; but absolutely! We're always happy to learn of new artists, just message us on IG or come on by.
